A revered oolong tea known for its delicate floral fragrance and smooth, lingering sweetness. Hand-rolled and lightly oxidized, Tie Guan Yin offers a golden infusion with notes of orchid and cream.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tie Guan Yin is considered a cooling tea that helps to clear internal heat and balance yin and yang. It supports the Lung and Stomach meridians, helping to refresh the mind, aid digestion, and reduce “damp-heat” conditions such as bloating or sluggishness after meals.
