Processing: Steamed (not pan-fired), lightly rolled, minimal oxidation
Aroma & Taste: Bright, grassy, and marine-like with notes of fresh greens, light nuttiness, and a hint of citrus. Umami-forward and smooth with low bitterness when brewed correctly.

Brewing Instructions
Gong Fu Style:
- 3g per 100ml
- Water: 75–80°C (DO NOT use boiling)
- No rinse
- First infusion: 20–30 seconds
- Add 10–15 seconds per re-steep (up to 4–5 times)
Western Style:
- 1 tsp per 250ml mug
- Water: 75–80°C
- Steep for 1–2 minutes
- Re-steep once with shorter time
Tip: Use cooler water to prevent bitterness and bring out umami!
